After signup you will receive a comprehensive evaluation to help me understand your goals, situation and preferences.
I design each session to cater for all fitness levels. I make sure each sessions targets the areas that will benefits mums the most.
You will get all the support you need to reach your health and fitness goals.
We will then discuss your thoughts on your training plan to make sure you are getting the results you want.
