We offer a 45-minute full body cardio and strength workout tailored specifically to your fitness level. We also include nutrition support to make sure you smash your goals. We offer a mobile service which means we come to you!
Train by yourself or with a couple of friends. (Kids welcome)
Why do we use boxing combined with strength??
Boxing is a high intensity workout that strengthens, tones and improves your cardio fitness. We want you to get the most from your workout.

Good Nutrition is vital to you reaching your health and fitness goals. We personalise all nutrition plans to meet individual goals and offer ongoing nutrition support to make sure you reach your goal.
