Pram Fit is a 30min Workout aimed at:

-Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles 
– Increasing cardio fitness
– Boosting energy levels
– Reducing body fat
– Reducing stress

My aim is to help busy mums fit in a full body workout that helps keep them healthy and happy.

Sessions run every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30am in Alexandra Headland.
