At Active Body In Balance I work on making sure your programs will fit in with the busy lifestyles I know you have.

I don’t want to make your life anymore busy than it already is, which is why all my exercise and meal plans are super easy and simple to follow. The exercise plans are quick and completely personalised for your level.

My meal plans are personalised and based around what foods you like. You also get your very own custom recipe book and a shopping list to help save you time.
