My story

I’m Frances – wife and mum to my gorgeous little boy Lachlan.

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and have been in the fitness industry for 12 years. In this time I have had the absolute privilege of working with so many amazing people and helping them achieve amazing results!

Health, fitness and happiness have always been a very important part of my life. When I was young I watched my mum, like so many others, lose her battle with cancer. It truly gave me the deepest appreciation for my health and my family which was what drew me to becoming a coach and wanting to help others. I get so much joy from helping clients transform their lives and achieve amazing results, that I have made it my mission in life to help others step up and take full control of their health and fitness.

After the birth of my son I was eager to get active again to help manage my mood and shift the weight I'd gained during pregnancy. I tried many different programs with a 'Mums & Bubs' exercise format but unfortunately found that they failed to accommodated the unpredictable demands of my then 4-month old, and/or failed to actually deliver an effective and efficient workout. PramFit was the exception.

Starting back into exercise with little to no fitness was very daunting, but with her strong knowledge and respect of postpartum recovery, Frances has always ensured the activities prescribed address the specific needs of each individual within the group environment. Being a mother herself, Frances has a great space set up for babies and children to play and keeps a comforting eye over them so participants can focus on counting down their reps. I LOST 5KGs! I have heaps more energy and feel good about my body again! Thanks Frances!

After having my twin boys and using all my energy tending to them as well as my 5 year old, I found it really hard to find the motivation to shed the final 5kgs needed to get back to my pre-twin weight. In my mind I had come to terms that this was now the weight I was going to be.

However after speaking to Frances, she helped me see that not all hope was lost and with her help I could shed the 5kgs and get the energy I desperately needed to keep up with my lively children.

The nutrition plan Frances created was based around the types of foods I currently ate which made it really easy for me to stick to it. Along with the tailored nutrition and exercise plans Frances created for me, she was there for moral support when I hit low moments and helped pick me up and keep me on track.

I'm SO excited that I have now lost that 5kgs and I feel so much better about myself!
